Free Math & Statistics Calculators
Arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry and statistics — each one showing the working with your own numbers substituted, not just the answer.

An answer alone teaches nothing and cannot be checked. Every calculator in this set prints the substituted formula: the long-division layout digit by digit, the completed square line by line, the least common denominator before the fractions are added, each squared term before the root is taken. If the result looks wrong you can see exactly where it came from.
Edge cases are handled, not hidden
The cube root of a negative number is real; the square root is not. Zero to the power zero is defined as one by convention, and the convention is stated. A percentage change from zero is undefined rather than infinite. Absolute-value equations have no solution when the isolated value is negative, and exactly one when it is zero. These are the cases where most online calculators quietly return the wrong thing or an error code.
Statistics with the assumptions on screen
Sample and population are different divisors and give different answers, so the statistics tools make you choose rather than assuming. One-tailed and two-tailed tests are a visible switch. The three common quartile methods genuinely disagree on the same data, so the quartile tools show all three side by side instead of picking one silently.
