Seller Policy

Effective Date: 22 November 2025

This Seller Policy governs participation on the Arbsbuy Marketplace and supplements the Marketplace Seller Agreement. By listing products on https://www.arbsbuy.com, Sellers agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Seller Eligibility

• Sellers must be legally eligible to operate a business.
• Accurate identity, business, and payout information is required.
• Arbsbuy reserves the right to approve or reject Seller accounts.

2. Product Listings

Sellers must ensure that all listings are accurate, lawful, and complete.

• Truthful titles, descriptions, pricing, and images
• No misleading claims
• No counterfeit or restricted products
• Compliance with all applicable laws

Arbsbuy may remove listings that violate policies or pose marketplace risk.

3. Prohibited Products

• Illegal goods
• Counterfeit or infringing items
• Dangerous or regulated products
• Adult or explicit material
• Stolen merchandise

4. Order Fulfillment & Customer Service

Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and providing reasonable customer support.

• Accurate tracking information
• Professional communication
• Timely issue resolution

5. Returns & Refunds

Sellers must comply with Arbsbuy’s Returns & Refunds Policy. Eligible returns may not be refused.

6. Fees & Payouts

• Marketplace commissions are deducted automatically.
• Payout schedules are determined by Arbsbuy.
• Funds may be held during disputes or investigations.

7. Performance Monitoring

Seller accounts are monitored for order fulfillment, disputes, customer satisfaction, and policy compliance.

Failure to meet marketplace standards may result in restrictions or suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

Sellers must own or have authorization to use all content and products listed.

9. Data Protection

Customer information may only be used for order fulfillment. Unauthorized data usage is prohibited. Sellers must comply with applicable privacy laws and Arbsbuy’s Privacy Policy.

10. Fraud & Abuse

Fraudulent activities, manipulation of reviews, false tracking, or off-platform payments are prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

11. Enforcement

Arbsbuy may take action including listing removal, payout holds, account suspension, or termination to protect marketplace integrity.

12. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
