5. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Lost in transit: We will issue a full refund or free replacement after confirming the loss with the carrier
  • Damaged on arrival: Please photograph the damage and email photos to support@arbsbuy.com β€” we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately
  • Marked as delivered but not received: Please first check with neighbors or building management, then contact your local carrier. If unresolved, contact us and we will assist further
