Arbsbuy LLC — Returns & Refunds Policy

At Arbsbuy LLC, we prioritize customer satisfaction and work hard to ensure that every order is processed accurately and delivered in excellent condition. Because our store offers a diverse catalog—including dropshipped items, print-on-demand products, and certified gemstones shipped internationally—our return guidelines vary slightly by product type.

This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations. By placing an order with Arbsbuy LLC, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • Product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Product must include all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.
  • Items must not show signs of wear, dirt, perfume, or alterations.
  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Intimate wear, undergarments, lingerie, and swimwear
  • Beauty, cosmetic, and personal-care products
  • Perishables
  • Digital/downloadable goods
  • Personalized, custom-made, or print-on-demand items (unless defective)
  • Clearance, final-sale, and promotional items
  • Gift cards

Special Note for Certified Gemstones & Jewelry

Gemstones, rough stones, and gemstone jewelry shipped from Pakistan can only be returned if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos).
  • All original certificates must be returned (if applicable).

Due to international customs, inspection procedures, and certification handling, change-of-mind returns for gemstones are not accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return:

Step 1 — Contact Us

Include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos/videos showing item condition (mandatory for defective/damaged claims)

Step 2 — Await Approval

Our team will respond with:

  • Return eligibility confirmation
  • The correct return address (varies by product type and warehouse)
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3 — Ship the Item

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees (unless the issue is our fault).
  • We strongly recommend a trackable and insured carrier.
  • Arbsbuy LLC is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Step 4 — Inspection & Refund

Once the return is received:

  • Inspection takes 3–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days if approved

3. Refund Process & Deductions

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Deductions May Apply

Arbsbuy LLC may deduct the following (if applicable):

  • Payment gateway fees (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
  • Bank transaction charges
  • Original shipping fees (non-refundable unless our error)
  • Restocking fees (for certain products, depending on supplier policies)

Unapproved or Ineligible Returns

If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria:

  • It will be shipped back to the customer at their expense
  • No refund will be issued

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send the following to support@arbsbuy.com:

  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photos/videos clearly showing the problem
  • Photo of packaging (with shipping label visible)

Resolution Options

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A full refund (including shipping), or
  • A replacement item at no cost, or
  • Store credit

In many cases, customers do not need to return the defective or incorrect item.

5. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

🔹 Lost in Transit

If the carrier confirms the package is lost:

  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

🔹 Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot find the package:

  • You must first contact your local post office/courier.
  • Check with neighbors/family/building management.

Arbsbuy LLC is not responsible for stolen packages once marked delivered. However, we may assist with filing a carrier claim at our discretion.

6. Non-Returnable Items

To protect product hygiene, copyrights, and manufacturing integrity, the following cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, lingerie, shapewear
  • Beauty items, skincare, makeup
  • Personalized, engraved, or embroidered goods
  • Print-on-demand apparel or merchandise
  • Perishables
  • Downloadable digital items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Hazardous materials restricted by shipping carriers

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or product:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)
  2. Receive a refund
  3. Place a new order

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Prepaid return labels are not provided.
  • Use a trackable shipping method.
  • Arbsbuy LLC is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

9. Order Cancellations & Changes

Within 12 Hours

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement.

After 12 Hours

If the order has entered processing or has been shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled
  • Customer must follow the standard return process

For print-on-demand and personalized items:

  • Cancellations are not allowed once production has begun.

10. Special Policy for Dropped-Shipping & Multiple-Warehouse Items

Because many of our products are shipped from verified third-party suppliers:

  • Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team
  • Items returned without authorization will not be refunded
  • Dropshipped and POD items may be subject to supplier-specific return rules
  • Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages and have different return addresses

11. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Arbsbuy LLC maintains a strict fraud-prevention policy.

We may dispute chargebacks when:

  • The product was delivered correctly
  • Tracking shows successful delivery
  • Customer refuses to follow the return policy
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

False chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Legal action under U.S. fraud and consumer protection laws
