Seller Code of Conduct

Effective Date: 22 November 2025

This Seller Code of Conduct defines the ethical and professional standards required of all Sellers on the Arbsbuy Marketplace. Participation on https://www.arbsbuy.com constitutes acceptance of this Code, the Marketplace Seller Agreement, and the Seller Policy.

1. Professional Conduct

• Act honestly and in good faith.
• Communicate respectfully with customers and Arbsbuy.
• Avoid deceptive or abusive behavior.

2. Integrity of Listings

• Provide truthful product information.
• Do not misrepresent items.
• Do not list counterfeit or prohibited goods.

3. Customer Trust

• Deliver products as described.
• Resolve disputes professionally.
• Respect customer privacy.

4. Fair Marketplace Practices

• No manipulation of pricing, reviews, or rankings.
• No creation of multiple accounts without authorization.
• No off-platform transactions.

5. Data Protection

Customer information may only be used for order fulfillment. Unauthorized storage, marketing, or sharing of customer data is prohibited. Sellers must comply with applicable privacy laws and Arbsbuy’s Privacy Policy.

6. Fraud & Abuse

• No false tracking.
• No fake reviews.
• No misrepresentation.
• No chargeback abuse.

7. Intellectual Property

• Respect copyrights and trademarks.
• Only list products and content you have legal rights to use.

8. Enforcement

Arbsbuy may take corrective action including listing removal, payout holds, suspension, or permanent account termination to protect marketplace integrity.

9. Updates

This Code may be updated periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revisions.
