Expect scenario questions above all: a member is abusive, a launch goes badly and the forum turns, a competitor starts recruiting your members. Interviewers want calm, specific answers with a policy behind them. Many processes include a writing sample in the community voice and a review of a public space you have run. Employers also check how you measure a community, since the wrong metric is the usual failure mode.

• Reporting member counts when almost all of those members never post
• Presenting the role as social media posting, which is a different job with different metrics
