These Terms apply to all purchases, website usage, and interactions with Arbsbuy LLC. They work alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old, or using the website under parental supervision.
• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

Arbsbuy LLC is not responsible for unauthorized account access resulting from failure to secure credentials.

3. Orders, Acceptance & Payments

All orders placed on our website are subject to review and acceptance. Arbsbuy LLC may cancel or refuse an order for reasons such as:

• United States: Processing 1–3 days; Delivery 3–7 days (up to 10–15 in rare cases)
• Canada & Europe: Processing 1–3 days; Delivery 7–15 days
• Other International: Processing 1–3 days; Delivery 7–15 days

Gemstones & Gemstone Jewelry (Shipped from Pakistan)

International shipping for gemstones may exceed standard estimates due to customs inspections, security checks, and routing delays.

4.1 Estimated Delivery Times Are Not Guaranteed

Arbsbuy LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carriers
• Customs inspections
• Weather conditions
• Local postal services
• Events outside our control

4.2 Risk of Loss

Once an order is shipped and tracking is provided, risk of loss transfers to the customer. The carrier becomes responsible for delivery.

4.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Arbsbuy LLC is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information. Reshipping fees apply if a package is returned to the warehouse.

4.4 Customs, Duties & International Regulations

• No refunds for packages returned due to unpaid duties or refusal by customs.

4.5 Tracking Updates

Tracking numbers may take 24–72 hours to update.

4.6 Split Shipments

Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on warehouse availability.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original condition.

5.1 Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or print-on-demand products
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Gemstones/jewelry removed from sealed packaging
• Items damaged through misuse

5.2 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued 7–14 business days after returned items pass inspection.

5.3 Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours.
• Once processing/shipping begins, cancellations are not possible.

5.4 Rejected or Unclaimed Packages

• No refund for refused or unclaimed packages.
• No refund for returns caused by unpaid customs duties.

6. Product Descriptions & Availability

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and specifications. However:

• Minor color or appearance variations may occur
• Suppliers may modify product details without notice
• Stock availability may change anytime

If an item becomes unavailable, we will offer a refund or a suitable replacement.
