Most products are fulfilled through trusted suppliers located in the United States, China, and other international warehouses. Gemstones and gemstone jewelry are shipped directly from Pakistan, and may require additional delivery time due to international customs procedures.

These Terms apply to all purchases and use of our website and services, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

By using our site, you confirm that:

3. Orders, Acceptance & Payments

Other International Destinations

Gemstones & Gemstone Jewelry (Shipped from Pakistan)

Delivery times may extend beyond standard estimates due to:
- Customs inspections
- Security checks
- International routing
- Local postal processing

4.1 Estimated Delivery Times Are Not Guaranteed

Delivery dates are estimates only. Arbsbuy LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, weather issues, or any events outside our control.

4.2 Carrier Liability

Once an order is shipped and tracking is provided:

Risk of loss transfers to the customer
Delivery responsibility lies with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
Arbsbuy LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by third-party carriers

Customers must contact the carrier for claims.

4.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

No refunds are issued for such cases
Customer must pay reshipping fees if the package returns to the warehouse

4.4 Customs, Duties & International Regulations

For international shipments (including gemstone shipments):

The customer is responsible for all taxes, customs fees, and import duties
Arbsbuy LLC is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or rejected by customs
No refunds are issued for packages returned due to unpaid customs fees or customer refusal

4.5 Tracking Number Updates

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update, especially for international or warehouse-fulfilled orders.

4.6 Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on warehouse locations and stock availability.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unused
Undamaged
In original packaging

5.1 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Personal care products
Undergarments
Print-on-demand/customized products
Clearance or final-sale items
Gemstones/jewelry removed from sealed packaging
Items damaged due to customer misuse

5.2 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.

5.3 Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing or shipment, cancellations are no longer possible.

5.4 Rejected or Unclaimed Packages

No refunds will be provided for:

Packages refused by the customer
Packages unclaimed from local postal offices
Packages returned due to unpaid customs duties

6. Product Descriptions & Availability

We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However:

Colors may appear slightly different due to digital display settings
Availability is subject to change without notice

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, a full refund or replacement will be offered.
