- Processing may take longer during peak seasons, supplier delays, or security/fraud reviews.

We ship worldwide. Our primary markets and shipping fee structure include:
- United States — Free Standard Shipping (mostly)
Free shipping is provided on most U.S. orders. Oversized items or special carriers may incur additional charges, displayed at checkout. - Canada — Shipping fees apply
Calculated at checkout based on destination, courier, and package dimensions. - Europe — Shipping fees apply

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
United States
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Extended cases: Some orders may take 10–15 business days due to carrier routing or regional delays.
Canada & European Countries
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping time: 7–15 business days (depending on customs and local postal performance)
Other International Destinations
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping time: 7–15 business days (may vary by location)

Delays may occur due to:
- Customs inspections or clearance delays
- Weather or natural disasters
- Carrier disruptions, strikes, or peak-season congestion
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Remote delivery locations or routing issues
Arbsbuy LLC is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our control.
4. Shipping Fees
- United States: Free on most orders. Any exceptions will appear at checkout.
- Canada & Europe: Fees calculated based on weight, dimensions, and courier service.
- Other Countries: Fees vary by destination and will appear at checkout.
Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
5. Gemstones & Gemstone Jewelry — Special Handling (Shipped from Pakistan)
- Certified gemstones and most gemstone jewelry ship directly from Pakistan.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days.
- Shipping time may be longer than standard due to customs inspections, security checks, or international routing.
- Customers are responsible for customs and import duties in their country.
- Additional documentation (e.g., certificates) will be provided when required by customs.
6. Tracking & Updates
- A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
- Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.
- If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days of payment, contact support@arbsbuy.com.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Shipments
- Delayed orders: Allow extra time for customs or carrier routing.
- Lost shipments: Replacement or full refund will be issued if the carrier confirms loss.
- Stolen packages (marked delivered): Check with neighbors or local offices. While Arbsbuy LLC is not responsible for theft after delivery, we will assist with claims where possible.
8. Incorrect Addresses, Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
- Customers must enter correct shipping details at checkout.
- If a package returns due to incorrect address or unclaimed status:
- Refund = Item price minus shipping & return costs, OR
- Reshipment is available once additional shipping fees are paid.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
9. Split Shipments & Multiple Suppliers
- Your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on supplier location.
- Each package will have its own tracking number.
10. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Unpaid customs fees may result in delayed or returned packages.
- Returned packages due to unpaid duties may incur additional fees.
11. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
- Refunds exclude original shipping and return charges.
- No refunds are provided for customs penalties or carrier fines.
12. Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Items
Certain items may not be shipped to specific locations due to legal restrictions, carrier rules, or customs limitations. If an item cannot be shipped, you will be notified and fully refunded.
13. Fraud Prevention & Verification
- Orders flagged for review may require ID verification or address confirmation.
- Arbsbuy LLC may cancel any order that cannot be verified or appears fraudulent.
