How are gemstone orders shipped?
Certified rough and facet gemstones, as well as gemstone jewelry, are shipped directly from Pakistan. Shipping times may be longer due to customs clearance. Customers are responsible for customs duties or taxes.
Does Arbsbuy offer exchanges or replacements?
