2. Who Must Follow These Guidelines?

Violations may result in content removal or account restrictions.

3. Acceptable Reviews

Reviews must be:

• Based on genuine purchase experience
• Relevant to the product or service
• Accurate and constructive
• Respectful in tone
• Helpful for future buyers

Product photos or videos are encouraged when authentic.

4. Prohibited Content & Behavior

4.1 Review Manipulation

• Posting reviews for items not purchased
• Offering or accepting compensation for reviews
• Sellers reviewing their own products
• Fake negative reviews of competitors
• Affiliate manipulation

4.2 Abusive or Harmful Content

• Harassment, threats, or insults
• Discriminatory language
• Sexually explicit material
• Hate speech or political attacks

4.3 Misleading Reviews

• Content unrelated to the product
• Intentionally false claims
• Reviews posted to pressure sellers

4.4 Privacy Violations

• Posting emails, phone numbers, or addresses
• Sharing private conversations
• Doxxing any party

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must respond professionally:

• No arguing or intimidation
• No requesting review removal for compensation
• No legal threats over negative feedback
• No disclosure of customer data
• No directing customers off-platform

Seller conduct is governed by:
