Arbsbuy LLC — Affiliate Program Policy

This Affiliate Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, commission structure, and legal requirements for individuals and businesses participating in the Arbsbuy Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining the Program, you agree to comply with this Policy and all associated marketplace rules.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Arbsbuy Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration details
• Own or manage a legitimate platform (website, blog, social media channel, etc.)
• Not engage in spam, deceptive marketing, or illegal activity
• Agree to all terms outlined in this Policy

Arbsbuy LLC reserves the right to reject or remove any affiliate at its sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions based on qualified purchases made through their tracking links.

2.1 Definitions:

• Qualified Purchase: A sale made by a customer using your affiliate link that is not refunded, canceled, or fraudulent.
• Commission Rate: Varies by product category and promotional period.

2.2 Commission Eligibility:

Commission is earned only when:

• The customer completes checkout within the cookie period
• The order is not refunded or canceled
• The order is not flagged as fraudulent
• The customer does not use multiple affiliate codes (last-click applies)

3. Cookie Duration

The standard cookie window is 30 days. If a customer returns and purchases within this period, credit goes to the last affiliate whose link was clicked.

Cookie duration may vary during special promotions.

4. Prohibited Promotional Methods

Affiliates may NOT engage in any of the following:

• Spamming comments, forums, inboxes, or social media
• Using bots, fake traffic, or automated clicks
• Bid on branded search terms such as “Arbsbuy” or “Arbsbuy coupon”
• Use misleading ads or false product claims
• Promote coupons or discounts without approval
• Impersonate Arbsbuy LLC or create fake support pages
• Use adult, illegal, or harmful content to drive traffic
• Use cookie stuffing or hidden iframes
• Promote products via SMS spam

Violation of these rules may result in permanent ban and commission forfeiture.

5. Approved Promotional Methods

Affiliates may use:

• Blog articles and reviews
• YouTube videos
• Instagram, Facebook, TikTok promotions
• Email newsletters (opt-in only)
• Website banners and ads
• Coupon sites (approved partners only)

All promotional content must be honest, accurate, and clearly marked as affiliate content where required by law.

6. Payment & Withdrawal Rules

• Payouts are processed monthly
• A minimum balance may be required to withdraw
• Payments are issued via bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved methods
• Affiliates must provide accurate payout details
• Arbsbuy is not responsible for transfer fees imposed by banks or processors

6.1 Refund & Chargeback Deductions

• If a customer refunds their order, associated commissions are reversed
• Chargeback-related orders are not eligible for commission
• Fraudulent orders detected by our system will void earnings

7. Content Guidelines & IP Compliance

• No copying Arbsbuy’s product descriptions word-for-word
• No usage of Arbsbuy images without permission
• No modifying Arbsbuy brand/logo
• No creating fake product comparisons or false claims
• No defamatory or harmful statements about competitors

Copyright and trademark violations result in immediate removal from the program.

8. Fraud Prevention

Strictly prohibited activities include:

• Using your own affiliate link to get discounts
• Encouraging fake returns or disputes
• Manipulating tracking cookies
• Using VPN/proxy to generate fake traffic
• Incentivizing purchases in a misleading way
• Creating multiple accounts to double-earn commissions

Any fraud attempt results in account termination and commission forfeiture.

9. Compliance with Laws

Affiliates must comply with:

• FTC disclosure guidelines (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links…”)
• GDPR for EU-based audiences
• CAN-SPAM regulations for email promotions
• Local advertisement laws in their region

10. Program Termination

Arbsbuy LLC may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for:

• Fraud or misleading promotions
• Violation of this policy
• Unsafe traffic sources
• Brand infringement
• High dispute or refund rates

Arbsbuy may withhold unpaid commissions during investigations.

11. Modifications to this Policy

Arbsbuy may update or modify this Affiliate Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
