  • Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not entered processing or production.
  • Once the order is being prepared, packed, or shipped β€” it cannot be cancelled.

After processing begins, your order becomes final and must follow the Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

Certain types of products cannot be cancelled after purchase, even within the 12-hour window:

  • Print-on-demand (POD) items (production starts immediately)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gemstones and gemstone jewelry shipped from Pakistan (due to customs documentation and export steps)
  • Items already labeled or packed by the warehouse
  • High-demand flash sale items

These products go into production or export preparation almost instantly and cannot be reversed.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order within the 12-hour window:

  • Include:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for cancellation

Cancellations are processed in the order they are received.

Important: Sending a cancellation request does not guarantee success if the order has already begun processing.

4. Cancellation Approval

If the cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours.

If the cancellation is denied:

  • The order will be shipped as normal
  • You must wait to receive the item and initiate a return (if eligible)

5. Orders Already Shipped

If the order has already shipped:

  • Cancellations are not possible
  • Carrier rerouting is not guaranteed

No refund will be given for packages refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid customs fees.

  • Cancellations for vendor-supplied products must be approved by the vendor.
  • Vendors may have their own cancellation rules, response times, or production cycles.
  • Arbsbuy LLC may deny or modify cancellation requests depending on vendor policies.
  • Vendor cancellations may require additional verification for high-value items.

All marketplace vendors must follow Arbsbuy LLC’s core cancellation guidelines to maintain trust and consistency.

7. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Control

Arbsbuy LLC reserves the right to refuse cancellations or suspend customer accounts if:

  • Repeated cancellations show abuse of the system
  • Suspicious or fraudulent behavior is detected
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks are filed without contacting support

We strictly enforce U.S. fraud prevention laws.

8. Refund Timelines After Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved before the order enters processing:

  • Refund will appear within 3–7 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal refunds may reflect instantly
  • Stripe refunds may take 5–10 days depending on region

No refund is issued if the order was processed or shipped before cancellation approval.
