Arbsbuy LLC — Returns & Refunds Policy

At Arbsbuy LLC, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure every order is handled with care. Our catalog includes dropshipped products, print-on-demand items, and certified gemstones shipped internationally. Because of this diversity, return guidelines vary by product type.
This policy explains your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, replacements, and order cancellations. By placing an order with Arbsbuy LLC, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets all conditions below:

- Product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Product includes all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.
- No signs of wear, perfume, dirt, or alterations.
- Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons:
- Intimate wear, lingerie, undergarments, swimwear
- Beauty, skincare, cosmetic, hygiene items
- Perishables
- Digital/downloadable goods
- Customized, engraved, personalized, or print-on-demand items (unless defective)
- Clearance, final-sale, and promotional products
- Gift cards
⚠ Special Note for Certified Gemstones & Jewelry
- Gemstones and jewelry shipped from Pakistan can only be returned if defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- You must notify us within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
- All certificates must be returned (if provided).
- Change-of-mind returns for gemstones are not accepted due to customs regulations and certification handling.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1 — Contact Us

Include the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos/videos of the item (mandatory for damaged/defective cases)
Step 2 — Await Approval
Our team will reply with:
- Return eligibility confirmation
- The correct return address (varies by warehouse/supplier)
- Packing & shipping instructions
Step 3 — Ship the Item
- Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is our fault.
- Use a trackable, insured courier.
- Arbsbuy LLC is not responsible for lost return packages.
Step 4 — Inspection & Refund
- Inspection takes 3–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after approval.
3. Refund Process & Deductions
Refund Method
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Deductions May Apply
- Payment gateway fees (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
- Bank transaction charges
- Original shipping fees (non-refundable unless our error)
- Restocking fees for certain products
Unapproved or Ineligible Returns
- If a returned item fails inspection, it will be shipped back at customer’s expense.
- No refund will be issued for ineligible returns.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours.
Send the following to support@arbsbuy.com:
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos/videos clearly showing the problem
- Photo of packaging and shipping label
Resolution Options
- Full refund (including shipping)
- Replacement at no cost
- Store credit
Often, defective/incorrect items do not need to be returned.
5. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
🔹 Lost in Transit
If the carrier confirms loss, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
🔹 Marked as Delivered but Not Received
- Contact your local courier/post office
- Check with neighbors, family, or building management
Arbsbuy LLC is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation, but we may assist with claims.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Underwear, lingerie, shapewear
- Beauty, skincare, makeup
- Personalized/engraved items
- Print-on-demand products
- Digital items
- Perishables
- Final-sale/clearance items
- Restricted hazardous materials
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item:
- Submit a return request (if eligible)
- Receive your refund
- Place a new order
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- We do not provide prepaid labels.
- Use a trackable carrier; we are not responsible for lost returns.
9. Order Cancellations & Changes
Within 12 Hours
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement.
After 12 Hours
- If processing/shipping has begun, cancellation is not possible.
- Customer must follow the normal return process.
Print-on-Demand & Personalized Items
- No cancellations once production has started.
10. Special Rules for Dropshipped & Multi-Warehouse Items
- Returns must be shipped to the address provided by support (varies by supplier).
- Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
- Dropshipped and POD items may follow supplier-specific return rules.
- Multi-item orders may have different return addresses.
11. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Arbsbuy LLC enforces strict fraud-prevention policies and may dispute chargebacks when:
- The product was delivered correctly
- Tracking confirms delivery
- Customer avoids following our return policy
- Fraudulent behavior is suspected
False chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Legal action under U.S. fraud laws
